Year 10 Making & Appraising Task - Semester 1, 2010


Task
Using the Inquiry Model, research, develop and resolve a body of work around the concept. Use the mentor model to explore a range of techniques and approaches in order to develop an understanding of the reasons for diversity in the interpretation of landscape. Interrogate a range of technical approaches in your visual diary and in a folio before developing your own body-of-work for exhibition.
Scenario: The works are entered into a public art competition. You will give an artist talk/write an artist statement about your works explaining the approach you took, what you learned and justify why your work is suitable for the public art prize.
